Triptorelin injection (Trelstar) comes as an extended-release (long-acting) suspension to be injected into the muscle of either buttock by a doctor or nurse in a medical office or clinic. Triptorelin injection (Trelstar) also comes as an extended-release suspension to be injected into the muscle of the buttock or thigh by a doctor or nurse in a medical office or clinic. When used for prostate cancer, an injection of 3.75 mg of triptorelin (Trelstar) is usually given every 4 weeks, an injection of 11.25 mg of triptorelin (Trelstar) is usually given every 12 weeks, or an injection of 22.5 mg of triptorelin (Trelstar) is usually given every 24 weeks. When used in children with central precocious puberty, an injection of 22.5 mg of triptorelin (Triptodur) is usually given every 24 weeks.

Valganciclovir is an anti-viral drug. It is used to prevent disease caused by a virus called cytomegalovirus (CMV) in people who have received organ transplants. CMV disease can lead to serious infections in the body, including an infection in the eye, called CMV retinitis, that can cause blindness. Valganciclovir works by slowing the growth of the CMV virus. It helps prevent the spread of infection to other areas of the body.

Valganciclovir is also used to treat CMV retinitis in people with advanced HIV disease (AIDS). This medication helps control CMV retinitis and decrease the risk of blindness.

Rituximab is used to treat rheumatoid arthritis and can decrease joint pain and swelling. It is also used to treat certain types of blood vessel disease (such as Wegener's granulomatosis, microscopic polyangiitis) and can decrease the swelling of the blood vessels.

Romiplostim injection is used to increase the number of platelets (cells that help the blood to clot) in order to decrease the risk of bleeding in adults who have immune thrombocytopenia (ITP; idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura; an ongoing condition that may cause easy bruising or bleeding due to an abnormally low number of platelets in the blood). Romiplostim injection is also used to increase the number of platelets in order to decrease the risk of bleeding in children at least 1 year of age who have had ITP for at least 6 months. Romiplostim injection should only be used in adults and children 1 year of age or older who cannot be treated or have not been helped by other treatments, including other medications or surgery to remove the spleen. Romiplostim injection should not be used to treat people who have low platelet levels caused by myelodysplastic syndrome (a group of conditions in which the bone marrow produces blood cells that are misshapen and does not produce enough healthy blood cells) or any other conditions that cause low platelet levels other than ITP. Romiplostim injection is used to increase the number of platelets enough to lower the risk of bleeding, but it is not used to increase the number of platelets to a normal level. Romiplostim is in a class of medications called thrombopoietin receptor agonists. It works by causing the cells in the bone marrow to produce more platelets.

 Tenofovir is an antiviral reverse transcriptase inhibitor. It works to treat HIV infection by reducing the amount of HIV (the virus that causes AIDS) in the body by blocking the ability of the virus to multiply. Each film coated tablet of Tenvir contains 300 mg of Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate which is equivalent to 245 mg of Tenofovir disoproxil.

Tenofovir Disoproxil Fumarate Tablets is used for Treating HIV infection in combination with other medicines. It is also used to treat chronic hepatitis B infection. It may also be used for other conditions as determined by your doctor. Tenvir is an antiviral reverse transcriptase inhibitor. Tenofovir Disoproxil Fumarate works to treat HIV infection by reducing the amount of HIV (the virus that causes AIDS) in the body by blocking the ability of the virus to multiply. Tenofovir works to treat HBV infection by reducing the amount of HBV in the body by blocking the ability of the virus to multiply and infect new liver cells. Tenvir is not a cure for HIV or AIDS.
